Visión general del proyecto

 

Este proyecto se implementa a lo largo de un corredor de transmisión de electricidad que corre paralelo a una carretera en Angola. El objetivo del cliente es establecer un canal de comunicación de fibra óptica estable dentro del corredor de línea eléctrica existente para apoyar la transmisión troncal, las comunicaciones de despacho y la futura expansión de la red. El requisito central finalizado es OPGW (Optical Ground Wire) como la principal solución troncal. Además, el proyecto incluye acceso a sucursales y extensiones de rutas, que requieren modelos estándar de cable de fibra óptica para exteriores para adaptarse a diferentes condiciones de enrutamiento y necesidades de protección.

Desde la estructura de sección transversal de OPGW, el cable cuenta con una estructura exterior de alambre de metal multicapa para soporte y soporte de carga. En el centro, un tubo de acero inoxidable alberga las fibras ópticas, proporcionando una protección estable para la unidad de fibra. Las capas exteriores combinan alambres de acero revestido de aluminio y alambres de aleación de aluminio, lo que ofrece un equilibrio práctico de resistencia, resistencia a la corrosión y estabilidad operativa a largo plazo.
