Product Description
The structure of MGXTWV optical cable is to put 250 μm optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and fill the loose tube with waterproof compound. The loose tube is vertically wrapped with a layer of double-sided plastic-coated steel strip (PSP), and water-blocking material is added between the steel strip and the loose tube to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water-blocking of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides to extrude the polyethylene inner sheath, and then a layer of polyethylene outer sheath is squeezed outside the inner sheath to form a cable.

The loose casing material itself has good water resistance and high strength.
The tube is filled with special ointment to provide critical protection for the optical fiber.
Good pressure resistance.
Two parallel steel wires ensure the tensile strength of the cable.
The double-sided plastic-coated steel strip (PSP) enhances the moisture resistance of the optical cable and has the function of preventing mice.
Good water-blocking materials prevent the cable from seeping water lengthwise.
The use of blue flame retardant PVC for secondary sheathing makes the cable have a good flame retardant effect.
