Fiber Patch Cords | LC/SC/FC/ST & MTP/MPO | Single-mode & Multimode-Page 2

Our fiber patch cords are engineered for low loss, high return loss, and long-term reliability across data centers, enterprise networks, and FTTH/ODN links. Options include simplex/duplex LC, SC, FC, ST jumpers; high-density MTP/MPO trunks and harnesses; armored constructions; uniboot designs; and 0.9 mm pigtails. Cables are available in single-mode G.652D/G.657 and multimode OM2/OM3/OM4/OM5, with jacket materials suited to indoor code requirements.

Why Choose Our Patch Cords

Low Loss & High Return Loss: Precision ceramic ferrules and controlled endface geometry target consistent insertion loss and superior return loss performance.

100% Factory Testing: Each assembly is inspected for insertion/return loss and endface quality; test data can ship with each cord or by serial number.

Install-Ready Options: Uniboot LC for high density, push-pull tabs for quick access, polarity A/B/C choices for MTP/MPO, and labeled legs for clean routing.

Codes & Materials: LSZH, PVC, OFNR and OFNP jackets available to match riser/plenum/building code requirements.

OEM/ODM Support: Custom print, color, length, polarity, breakout length, labeling, serial/QR, and branded packaging.

Product Types

Simplex/Duplex LC, SC, FC, ST Jumpers

Available in single-mode (UPC/APC) and multimode. Uniboot LC reduces airflow blockage and cable crowding in dense racks; quick polarity reversal versions on request.

Use Cases: Switch-to-patch panel links, FTTH OLT/ONT patching, telco rooms.

MTP/MPO High-Density Trunks & Harnesses

8F/12F/16F/24F trunks and LC/SC harnesses for spine-leaf fabrics and modular cassettes. Support for polarity Method A/B/C and pinned/unpinned configurations.

Use Cases: QSFP/SFP-DD breakout, modular cassettes, rapid moves/adds/changes.

Armored Patch Cords

Flexible stainless steel or spiral armor under the jacket to resist crush and rodent damage with indoor-safe outer jackets.

Use Cases: Floor raceways, shared corridors, harsh handling zones.

Pigtails & Mode-Conditioning Cords

0.9 mm pigtails for splicing in ODFs or closures; mode-conditioning cords for LX optics over multimode runs.

Use Cases: ODF splice trays, legacy MMF backbones requiring LX optics.

Selection Guide

High-Density Racks: LC uniboot jumpers with push-pull tabs to simplify access.

Spine–Leaf Fabrics: MTP/MPO trunks with LC harness fanouts and cassette modules.

FTTH / ODN: SC/APC simplex cords for low-reflection PON interfaces.

Harsh Pathways: Armored patch cords for crush/rodent-prone routes.

Customization & Services

Customization: Length, jacket color/print, polarity, breakout length, labeling, pulling eyes, and packaging to project specs.

Rapid Fulfillment: Common lengths in stock; expedited production windows for custom builds and staged deliveries for rollouts.

Engineering Support: Link budget checks, MTP polarity/pinning selection, migration plans for 10/25/40/100/400G optics.

FAQ

Q1: Sample available?

YES!

Q2: Can you provide serialized test reports?

Yes. Each cord is tested for IL/RL and inspected; we can supply individual reports tied to printed serials or QR codes on the labels.
